1. Class Teachers will take attendance at the beginning of the classes and just after the interval.

2. Every student must have 75% attendance; otherwise, he or she will not be permitted to appear in the examination.

3. In the special case of illness, the principal will consider 5% examination in attendance only after submission of a medical certificate issued by a registered doctor.

4. No student would be allowed to take leave after entering the school campus. In special circumstances, one can be permitted to go home early after a due request of one's parents made to the principal.

5. Any student without a proper school bag will not be permitted to attend the classes.

6. Students have to be present in the school on time. Unnecessary standing and grouping at the entrance of the school gate will be treated as indiscipline. Hence, action will be taken against it.

7. It is compulsory to attend Computer Classes for all students. Absence from the classes will be considered as indiscipline.

8. Students who are untidy, suffering from a communicable disease, without school dress, with long hair and nails, can be expelled from the class by the teacher.

9. Latecomers will be sent back by the school. A regular habit of coming late will be considered indiscipline, and action will be taken against it.

10. Students will not be permitted to meet anyone except their authorized guardian.

11. Rude behavior of the student towards any teacher will cause suspension or even restriction from the school.

12. All students are compulsory to appear in the unit tests. There will be punishment imposed. In the case of any student suffering from any disease, a medical certificate should be provided from a registered medical doctor.

13. Destruction of school property, bad character, quarrelsome and abusing nature, indifference towards studies, and irregularity will cause restriction from the school.

14. Students are supposed to reach the school campus before the first bell. The school gate will be closed after the first bell. Late comers will not be admitted to the school for that day.

1. The Parents are requested to observe minutely the progress report card issued to their wards every month. They should see whether homework is assigned to their ward and whether their wards complete it or not. If it is not so, please contact the principal. Guardians are asked to maintain vigilance in the test reports. Hence, guardians should take notice.

2. Student attendance records should be monitored to ensure whether their wards are attending their classes regularly or not. Guardians are requested to have complete information regarding various fees at the time of admission. The school will not consider any complaint or request in this respect during mid-session. Students without school uniform will not be allowed to attend the class. Therefore, guardians are requested to provide school uniforms to their wards.

3. Guardians are informed that the school organizes parents' meetings, student seminars, ceremonies, etc, from time to time. Therefore, their presence is requested to encourage the students.

4. Guardians are prohibited from going directly to the classes to meet their wards without the permission of the principal.

5. Parents are requested not to come to school to request leave for their wards during school hours, while the students are attending school.

6. Parents are advised to send lunch, etc, along with their wards and not to send the lunch box during school hours.

7. Students are not allowed to wear bangles, payal, mehndi, tattoos and nail polish to school.

8. Boys must have a short haircut. Long hair will not be permitted in school.

9. Girls with long hair must have their hair tied neatly at all times.

10. It is compulsory for all students to be in proper school uniform with only school socks and black formal shoes.

11. Students who are not in proper School Uniform, Shoes and Socks will be sent home.

12. School transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues towards the school are cleared by the administration

1. Birth Certificate is compulsory for nursery, L.K.G., U.K.G., and 1st classes. Enclose it.

2. Mark sheet and T.C. are compulsory for all other classes.

3. Enclose T.C. and Mark Sheet of Class 5th, Class 7th, Class 8th, and Class 9th are compulsory.

4. Enclose T.C. and mark sheets of class 8th and 9th along with the enrollment number (issued by Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal M.P.) for Class 10th is compulsory.

5. Enclose T.C. and mark sheet of Class 10th, Class 11th, and for Class 12th are compulsory.

6. Two photographs, one attached at the proper place in the application form, are compulsory.

7. Caste certificate & income certificate are compulsory for the students who belong to OBC, S.C. and S.T.
